_____________________________________________________________________
I would like to compliment you on the JazzLab „Sax Holder“. I am a professional musician, recording artist, educator and businessman based in Kansas City USA.
The Sax Holder is lightweight, comfortable and ergonomic to the process of playing the saxophone. I was most impressed with the seeming weightlessness of the instrument, since there is no longer any requirement to support it placed on my neck. I find the Sax Holder also keeps the instrument in the same place, which results in my mouthpiece not moving away from my mouth as I play. This is great for keeping the proper embouchure while playing throughout the entire range of the saxophone. I have retired my other neckstrap! Christopher L. Burnett
_____________________________________________________________________
_____________________________________________________________________
I’ve just received my saxholders, ordered for myself and a student. I have to say after 26 years playing the saxophone this is the first time in a very long time I have been pain free whilst playing my instrument, which is a huge bonus. So thank you for an excellent product.
_____________________________________________________________________
_____________________________________________________________________
An excellent product, which I have no doubt will save my back and neck over the forthcoming years! Ever since taking up the tenor saxophone, I’ve suffered with neck pain and back aches. The SaXholder has just transformed my playing immediately! Whereas before I could only play an hour maximum, together with my heavy sax whispermute I can now play as long as I want without any pain. Highly recommended product at an excellent price, from a great retailer!
_____________________________________________________________________
This is great, I wish I had discovered this before I was getting a pain in the neck and then I wouldn’t have got one. I took my time to adjust it correctly, felt a little strange at first, most of my playing is sitting down. Several slight adjustments later, no pain in my neck, breathing easier, no restriction on my neck, my tenor sax felt light and just great. Highly recommend this piece of kit.
_____________________________________________________________________
I have intended to use this with my heavy baritone, but it is so good in practice – really frees your breathing and neck muscles, it is quick to put on, simple to store. I shall use it on all occasions, with alto and baritone.
_____________________________________________________________________
Total genial – weg mit dem Halsgurt for ever! Freiheit und Gesundheit für die HWS!
_____________________________________________________________________
_____________________________________________________________________
I purchased one of these weird contraptions from Eric Falcon a few months ago while attending a sax masterclass in Houston. Most of my gigs these days are 4hour gigs where Im standing. The traditional neck strap would wear me out by the end of the gig but this contraption distributes the load of the tenor from the neck to the shoulders and chest. I love it. I also switch to alto and I just have to adjust the string for the alto and it works fine. I highly suggest that you consider this neck strap!
_____________________________________________________________________
I’ve been using the Saxholder for a few months now. When I first put it on, I was laughing uncontrollably because it felt so free. I still feel similar things when using it. I love it.

As a professional Yoga instructor, I would be aware of one thing when using this system. Make sure that you have the hooks adjusted to that your shoulder blades aren’t being pulled away from you back. On a related note, the top of the humerus should not be pushed forward. Lots of neck and shoulder pain are caused by just those two misalignments alone.
_____________________________________________________________________
I love this invention. I went back to my regular neckstrap a month ago and sure enough started having shoulder pain, finger numbness, tingling……………went back to the Saxholder and I’ve been fine for the last 2-3 weeks now
_____________________________________________________________________
Well I finally received my Saxholder! Very impressed and not to have anything around my neck feels incredibly light and with greater mobility than with my (****) straps. I am built like a rugby player (used to be a hooker at school and university teams) so my 17″ neck is strong, but my shoulders feel more comfortable as a result. I intend to use it mainly for my tenor, and both breathing seemed even easier and the sax sounded more resonant – almost as if my body dampens the sound to a degree.

It felt different, but sat very comfortably on my upper body and the hook was very solid too.
Happy man!
_____________________________________________________________________
Received my Saxholder today and have been playing with it all evening. Exceeds my high expectations. So nice to have the weight not looped around my neck but evenly distributed on the top/back of my shoulders. I find it also makes it easier to „float“ the mouthpiece in the proper embrochure alignment in a way that removes nearly all pressure on my bottom lip from my teeth.

I love it and I doubt I’ll ever use a traditional neck strap again. What a wonderful invention.
_____________________________________________________________________
I’m really impressed but the SaxHolder, it does make the tenor seem remarkably lighter.
_____________________________________________________________________
I received the saXholder size XL. I love it, it is the perfect size for a big, large man like me. You are such a creative innovator to design and make this. My neck thanks you and honestly I think I can play the horn in a better position and hold it better with the saXholder than a traditional neckstrap.
_____________________________________________________________________
Herzlichen Dank.
_____________________________________________________________________

I having been using the saxholder for a week now and I just wanted to say what a great tool it is.
I have played saxophone for over thirty years and more recently have suffered from bad neck and arm problems.
The sax harness setups are too restrictive but this system works great.
_____________________________________________________________________
I have had a huge amount of pain in recent years with holding the bass clarinet and until now I have been unable to find a neck strap that a/ fits comfortably and b/ looks correct on the female body!
All other straps create tension in various places … either neck shoulders, back, hands, wrist, fingers.

So I tried the Jazzlab and WOW! I performed my first solo recital on it last month and it is the first recital in a long time that I have had no discomfort at all.
_____________________________________________________________________
I received the Saxholder yesterday and it is amazing. I’m so happy with it…suddenly the saxophone is so lightweight !
_____________________________________________________________________
I have a very serious heart condition which for the past several years has restricted my playing to sitting in a chair, due to the stress on my neck muscles restricting even blood flow across my chest and back. I ordered a saXholder …. in early February. By mid March I was able to resume standing play and can stand playing up to 2 hours. The various adjustments allow the distribution on any of a number of shoulder and back muscle groups, completely freeing the neck. Pat, my wife, uses a BG yoke strap but tires standing after a half hour or so. I adjusted my saXholder for her to try out last Sunday and after 1 day she had me order one for her.
_____________________________________________________________________

_____________________________________________________________________
Got the sax holder. It’s great, really frees up my horn and makes playing easier. Also promotes better posture. Thanks.
_____________________________________________________________________
Saxholder took all the pressure off my neck and I am surprised at the number of aches and pains that I no longer have.
_____________________________________________________________________
How do I spell neck relief …… saXholder. I have had mine for several hours now and I am amazed at the feeling of weightlessness and no neck problems after a few hours.
…
NEXT DAY: Yep after a day of mostly practice no fatigue, no PITNeck. A little bending dealt with the contact points. I’m loving it.
_____________________________________________________________________
Ich kann den Saxholder vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Habe selber seitdem alle Nackenwirbelprobleme weg.
_____________________________________________________________________

_____________________________________________________________________
Because of cervical/neck issues related to my lifelong passion for the saxophone, I was forced to design my own harness many years ago. I found all of the commercially available harness designs were unnatural and restrictive. Many players share a myriad of sax related spinal and neck issues. Finally, I can say this amazing engineered saXholder device works better than any harness I have tried.
_____________________________________________________________________
_____________________________________________________________________
With saXholder the horn feels like it’s floating, very comfortable, natural and easy to use.
_____________________________________________________________________
I really was impressed with the way the saXholder helped me with my wrist. I felt that I was able to play better while using that strap as well. It is superb!!!!!
_____________________________________________________________________
Bin total begeistert!
_____________________________________________________________________

It’s a marvellous device, I can play the bass saxophone with that for almost an hour. With a conventional strap I can barely manage 10 minutes at a time. That’s proof enough for me.
_____________________________________________________________________
_____________________________________________________________________
Just wanted to tell you that I am very satisfied with the saxholder. It is a brilliant product and now I do not ever have to suffer from that „strangling effect“ around my neck when playing.
_____________________________________________________________________
Ganz in Schwarz. Sehr gute Qualität.

Bin begeistert!

Mein Fazit: SEHR GUT!

_____________________________________________________________________

_____________________________________________________________________
Looks great…. I would imagine that it is good for alto to tenor. How about Baritone?

ANSWER: saXholder works with tenor sax and alto sax. With longer cord it works with bass clarinet and fagot, too. Some players use it with bari sax and say it is great. Some bari sax players says that instrument is to heavy. Please test saXholder with bari sax in your music shop.
_____________________________________________________________________
Cool!!
