BRAVO! I’m thrilled to see this product. As the one who introduced these exercises on the net in 1994, I can only hope that more people will use them (with silencer!) to learn how it opens the door –so easily — to advanced techniques………. And… get a Silencer. It’s a great idea! (I’ve no connection with it, btw.)
