As the one who introduced these exercises on the net in 1994, I can only hope that more people will use them (with silencer!) to learn how it opens the door \u2013so easily \u2014 to advanced techniques\u2026\u2026\u2026. And\u2026 get a Silencer. It\u2019s a great idea!
